Wow, that went fast. It’s that time again, the end of the year clean up in the office. It’s a great time to clean up and clear off the desk. It’s amazing how much stuff clutters up. Finding a place for everything can also be challenging. What is important? Especially if you haven’t looked at the pile of paper since March.
I also enjoy taking a step back and reflecting on the accomplishments throughout the years. I keep an email in my drafts and add to it throughout the year. Things go by pretty fast these days and it’s easy to forget the smaller accomplishments. It’s a great way to share with your team and for them to be proud of what was done.
Next on deck is the New Year’s Resolution and we’ll see how long that plan survives 🙂
