I recently needed a USB Ethernet adapter as most laptops today do not have an ethernet jack. I ordered this one from Amazon as it uses USB 3.0 and is also backward compatible with USB 2.0. I was surprised that it came with a manual and a CD with drivers for Windows and Mac OS! What!? Someday it would be nice for drivers to come on a USB Stick since most laptops no longer have a CD Drive as well. When was the last time drivers were not automatically installed for Windows or Mac OS for a device like this?
One of the features that surprised me was that it supports Wake-on-LAN.
